Ordering

All wholesale and retail orders may be made online. Payments are processed via PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. Please note that each bag is unique from the next and may vary slightly from the picture.

Shipping

Orders (domestic only) made after 3pm on a business day will be processed and shipped within 3 days via UPS Ground (unless specified or requested otherwise). A tracking number will be mailed upon shipment with expected delivery date which will vary upon location, but in general, may take 5-7 business days. Please contact us for specific information regarding international orders.

Return process

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return within 2 weeks of receipt for a full refund or credit (less shipping costs). Please email us to notify us of your intent to return and send the bag to the address we provide. After we have the opportunity to assess the condition of the bag, a refund will be made via paypal. Shipping will not be refunded. Please note that our bags are one of a kind and handmade and the occasional 'flaw' is a part of the design.
